[[Dear %1%|Dear Wellness Member]],

Welcome

Perhaps you already know that chiropractic and exercise is an effective combination to improve your function and reduce pain.  A recent article published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that chiropractic treatment improved adherence and dropout rates to resistance training and facilitated greater improvements in the domains of functionality.  In other words, the combination of chiropractic and exercise was better than exercise alone in improving function and adherence to the exercise program.

Realizing that exercise is critical to improved health outcomes, Dr. Jane is offering a class every Thursday morning at 7:30 am at the office to enhance your care and your function!  There is no charge for the class and you are welcome to attend each week.  Simply call the office if you'd like to participate.  Dr. Jane will teach you exercises that can be done every day to improve function, stabilize your spine and speed recovery.  You do not need to have pain to attend.  This is your chance to take your health to the next level!
