Spine fitness is key to enjoying a long, happy life. We use our spines for
virtually all tasks from bending over to walking. If you would like to learn
how to achieve spine fitness, then plan on attending our upcoming class on Tuesday, March 22 at 6:30pm
in the office. Dr. Dean will discuss the basic principles behind achieving
spine fitness. Topics will include: how to protect your back during everyday
activities, what types of exercises you should be doing, and how to
progressively improve your fitness levels over time. Everyone can benefit!
Call or stop by to make your reservations. There will be no charge to attend
and you can bring anyone you'd like.

Chiropractic
provides broad and significant long-term benefit Comparisons of initial
and extended follow-up questionnaires to assess absolute efficacy showed that
only the application of spinal manipulation revealed broad-based long-term
benefit: 5 of the 7 main outcome measures showed significant improvements
compared with only 1 item in each of the acupuncture and the medication
groups. In patients with chronic spinal pain syndromes, spinal manipulation,
if not contraindicated, may be the only treatment
modality of the assessed regimens that provides broad and significant
long-term benefit.
